Draft for review. The content reflects how the site actually behaves, verified technically. Have a lawyer read it before publication.

One cookie, and only where it is needed

Browsing the pages of this site sets no cookies at all, and uses no equivalent techniques such as local storage or fingerprinting. No tracking cookies, on any page.

The one exception is the pre-registration form. Opening it sets a technical session cookie, named PHPSESSID, which holds the security token we use to check that the form was really submitted by you and not by another site. It carries no personal data, it does not follow you around, and it deletes itself when you close the browser.

Technical cookies like this one need no prior consent, which is why you see no banner: there is nothing to choose.

No third-party resources

The pages load nothing from external domains. Fonts (Montserrat) and scripts are served from our own servers, so your IP address is not passed to third-party providers while you browse.

Partner logos link to their own websites, but only if you choose to click them. From that point their privacy notice applies.

What will change when registration opens

Once the registration form is live, the same technical session cookie will also keep your selection and let you complete payment securely. Should any others become necessary, this page will be updated with their name, purpose and lifetime.

If the committee later decides to add analytics or social media pixels, a compliant consent banner will be introduced, and nothing will be set before you make your choice.

Controlling cookies

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them entirely does not affect browsing, but it does prevent the pre-registration form from being submitted: without that cookie it cannot verify where the data came from.
